What services do you offer?

We offer therapy, psychological assessment, and forensic services, and tailor services to meet the needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

Who do you work with?

We provide services for children, adolescents, and adults, and work with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood-related difficulties, stress, and life transitions, as well as those seeking diagnostic clarification through assessment.

Do you offer telehealth services?

Yes, we recognize the importance of flexibility. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients located within Pennsylvania who prefer the convenience of home, as well as in-person appointments in our warm, professional office space.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in Pottstown and serves individuals throughout the greater Philadelphia region. A small on-site parking lot is available, along with additional street parking nearby. Please use the entrance at the front of the building facing High Street.

As the office is located in a historic building, access is via stairs only. We understand this may present a barrier for some individuals and are committed to ensuring access to care. We are happy to offer alternative options, including secure telehealth services. Please reach out to discuss your needs.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You may request an appointment by contacting the practice through the website or by email. We will provide additional information regarding availability and next steps.

What should I expect for a first appointment?

During your initial appointment, we will focus on gathering background information, understanding current concerns, and discussing goals.

What should I expect when I arrive?

For privacy and confidentiality, the office door remains locked. You will be welcomed at your scheduled appointment time to ensure a quiet and secure environment.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private-pay practice and do not participate directly with insurance plans. However, if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide documentation upon request.

Do you provide a Good Faith Estimate for services?

We are committed to transparency in the cost of care. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services if you are uninsured or choosing to self-pay. This estimate is based on the information available at the time and is intended to help you make informed decisions about your care. Please contact us if you would like to request a Good Faith Estimate or learn more. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling or during the course of treatment.
