Constance Mesiarik, PhD, JD
Founder • Psychologist
Constance Mesiarik, PhD, JD is a licensed psychologist with training in both law and psychology. Since completing a joint law and psychology program offered through Villanova University School of Law and Drexel University, Dr. Mesiarik has worked in a variety of clinical, research, and legal settings. Prior experiences include working as a forensic evaluator, as a therapist performing individual, family, and group therapy in residential, crisis and outpatient settings, and as a forensic interviewer in a child advocacy center. She has chaired the APA's Committee on Legal Issues, served on its Committee on Professional Practice and Standards, and led the Pennsylvania Psychological Association's Child & Family Forensics Committee. Currently, Dr. Mesiarik also serves as adjunct faculty for Villanova University and is available to provide therapeutic services and to conduct forensic assessments in family, civil and criminal cases.

Jennifer Manning, LCSW is a clinically licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services across a range of settings. She has worked with adolescents, adults, and families in crisis intervention, inpatient, outpatient, and school-based environments. Ms. Manning has experience addressing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, family dynamics, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. Ms. Manning’s clinical approach emphasizes the importance of a therapeutic relationship grounded in collaboration, trust, and authenticity. She utilizes a holistic, strengths-based framework and integrates a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand the factors contributing to their current challenges, while also identifying strengths, fostering personal growth, and developing practical strategies to support meaningful and lasting change. Ms. Manning also offers consultation related to educational planning and behavioral support, including IEP consultation, executive functioning strategies, and ADHD-related interventions, as well as consultation for parenting and custody-related concerns, including mediated approaches when appropriate.
